TurboWL SRL ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our refund terms and procedures for purchases made through the WP2Astro service (the "Service").
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds will be processed through Paddle in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all initial purchases of paid subscriptions and services. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with WP2Astro. If the Service doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:
- You must request the refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date
- Provide your order number, transaction ID, or email address associated with the purchase
- The purchase must have been made directly through our Service (processed by Paddle)
Refunds are available for:
- Initial subscription purchases (first-time buyers)
- One-time purchases and service fees
- Subscription renewals if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge (for EU customers, as required by law)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can use either of these methods:
Method 1: Contact Us Directly

- Include your order number, transaction ID, or email address used for purchase
- Brief description of the reason (helps us improve, but not required for approval)
Method 2: Contact Paddle
You may also request a refund directly from Paddle, our payment processor:
- Visit your order confirmation email from Paddle and click "View Receipt"
- Use Paddle's customer support portal
- Contact Paddle's support team directly
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and approve your refund request:
- We will verify your purchase and eligibility within 1-2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
If you don't receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us or check with your payment provider.
6. Subscription Refunds and Renewals
6.1 Initial Subscriptions
For your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.
6.2 Subscription Renewals
For subscription renewals (subsequent billing cycles):
- EU Customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for renewal charges, as required by EU consumer protection laws
- All Customers: We may provide refunds for renewal charges on a case-by-case basis if requested within a reasonable timeframe
6.3 Effect of Refund
Upon processing a refund:
- Your subscription will be cancelled
- You will lose access to paid features immediately or at the end of the current billing period
- You may continue using free features of the Service
- Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
7. Partial Refunds and Pro-Rated Refunds
In most cases within the 30-day guarantee period, we provide full refunds. In certain limited circumstances, we may offer partial or pro-rated refunds:
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period may be eligible for pro-rated refunds at our discretion
- Custom services or deliverables that have been completed may result in partial refunds
- Third-party fees that cannot be recovered will be deducted from the refund amount
We will always communicate clearly if a partial refund applies and explain the reason and calculation.
8. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
While we strive to accommodate all reasonable refund requests, the following may be non-refundable or subject to limitations:
- Refund requests made after 30 days of the initial purchase (may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
- Third-party services or fees paid directly to other providers (hosting, domain names, etc.)
- Payment processing fees retained by payment processors
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
- Services that have been fully consumed or used extensively
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
These exceptions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. We will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us:
- We may suspend or terminate your account access until the dispute is resolved
- Chargebacks may result in additional fees and administrative costs
- Your account may be permanently restricted if fraudulent activity is suspected
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly first. We can typically resolve issues and process legitimate refunds much more quickly and easily than through the chargeback process. Most refund requests are approved within 24-48 hours.
10. Currency and Payment Method
Refunds will be issued:
- In the same currency used for the original purchase
- To the same payment method used for the original purchase
- Through Paddle, our payment processor
If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card, closed account), please contact us or Paddle to arrange an alternative refund method. Exchange rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and refund are beyond our control.
11. Cancellation vs. Refund
Important: Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund.
- Cancellation: Stops future recurring charges. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the current period.
- Refund Request: Returns money for a recent charge and typically results in immediate loss of access.
To receive a refund for a recent charge, you must explicitly request a refund using the methods outlined in this policy. Simply cancelling your subscription will not trigger a refund.
12. EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union, you have specific consumer protection rights under EU law:
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (for digital content, this right may be waived if you begin using the service)
- Consumer Protection: Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law
- Dispute Resolution: You may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
